Power Sports Technology - Drumright
This course is designed to offer training for those interested in becoming motorcycle and ATV technicians, parts and accessories sales people, or technicians working in repair shops. All areas of motorcycle repair and service will be covered with a special emphasis on a particular area according to student need. The trainee will obtain hands-on experience by restoring defective units to proper operating condition.

Career Major: Motorcycle Technician
In this career major students will cover all areas needed to attain a career in the motorcycle service field. Areas covered include shop functions, preventative maintenance, fuel systems, electrical systems, engine overhaul, wheels, and tires as well as brake, suspension, and drivetrain systems and workforce training. These areas will prepare students to obtain and keep a high-paying, rewarding career as a technician or parts person.
Career Major: Watercraft Technician
Students in this major will learn how to diagnose, repair and perform routine maintenance on watercraft. They will learn how to diagnose internal engine conditions without teardown, basic maintenance, and proper storage techniques. Students will also learn service procedures of both fuel and oil delivery systems and carburetors along with basic electrical principles. In addition, students will also learn about cooling and drive train systems and how to service those systems.
Earn college credit while attending Central Tech through our cooperative alliance agreement with the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education. College credit is awarded by appropriate higher education institutions through Articulation and/or Cooperative Alliance Agreements.
